We came to Mimi when things got really bad with our son who was diagnosed with dyslexia. Mimi explained his IEP in a way that actually made sense, and she even attended a meeting with me, which gave me the confidence to stand up for my son's rights. She has always been there for us emotionally, as well. I don't know how she does it, but she quickly sees what's really going on and comes up with an immediate plan.
